Shipping Policy
What You Need to Know
Packaging
Orders are packaged in waterproof plastic to protect your gift. If damage is to occur during shipping and your would like to return an item please see the return policy.
Processing Times
Processing and shipping times together can range between 8 and 15 business days.
Processing may take any time between 3 and 6 days. The order will then be shipped with Royal Mail so may then up to another 9 business days (this figure is sourced from the guidance on the Royal Mail website) to arrive with you.
Price Breakdown
The shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the parcel.
Service Interruptions
Due to Covid-19 Royal Mail are facing some shipping delays please be aware as this is out of Bright Leopard's control.
Returns
For any undamaged and unused product simply return it with all of its included accessories with 14 days of receiving the product and we will exchange or refund it based on payment methods and requests of the customer. In addition please note that: (I) items can be returned only in the country in which they were purchased and: (II) items that are used or incomplete are not eligible for return.
If you wish to return an item please contact the Bright Leopard email address and title your email with the subject : returns where you will be given an address to send your return. Once your returned item has been recieved by the company you will be issued a full refund or replacement depending on what you expressed to us in your email.
The box may only be returned if items are unopened and unused.

The scrunchie is sourced from the small business Donna Marie's. The Body spray and face mask are from a third party source, Bright Leopard is not liable for any skin irritations or likewise. Always ensure to do a patch test before using either of the beauty products. Rings may tarnish.

When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us we will do our best to replace the relevant product. If we were unable to replace the product within a reasonable time we will issue a full refund of the product upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of the replacement product and the customer will be responsible for the cost of the return shipment.
The service and all materials therein or transferred thereby , including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, video, music and all intellectual property rights related thereto are the exclusive property of Chanelle Chassar. You recognise and agree that Bright Leopard’s services include blog aspects and herby agree not to upload explicit media, or media, text or blog aspects which by sole decision of Chanelle Chassar is unrelated or damaging towards the brand.
